Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.
As a Senior Manager, Product Management within the Ad Platform technology team at DE&ET, you will be a part of the team defining Addressable advertising. You will lead a team of high-performing product managers overseeing Disney Campaign Manager. You will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of Self-Service tools that power advertising across Disney’s streaming platforms. We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader with a proven ability to build intuitive, scalable self-service management tools for small and medium businesses (SMBs), as well as deep knowledge of sales-supported models and strong experience driving API integrations with external partners. Your focus will be on empowering advertisers and sales teams to seamlessly create, optimize, and analyze campaigns via Disney Campaign Manager—partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver value to our diverse user base. The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, California is $188,400 to $252,600 per year, in New York, New York is $197,400 to $264,700, and in Seattle, Washington is $197,400 to $264,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
