Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex programs and projects within the domain, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
Partner with internal business units and diverse stakeholders (tech and non-tech) to synchronize efforts on key strategic goals.
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer and advertiser pain points to facilitate data-driven product decisions.

Min. 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
