About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Procurement professional to manage freight buying and warehousing across our primary logistics network. The role blends operational execution with strategic initiatives, requiring strong coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead freight buying for primary logistics (factory to distribution centers), including should-cost analysis and vendor negotiation.
  • Drive dynamic network management to optimize cost, service, and efficiency.
  • Manage warehousing including negotiate rentals, identify locations, and support Project One (warehouse consolidation/upgrade).
  • Deliver strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination across the logistics network.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé procurement processes and commercial governance.

Who We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience in logistics procurement, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in freight buying, should-cost modelling, vendor negotiation, and network management.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable balancing operational and strategic priorities.
  • MBA preferred
