What you'll do...

• Drive execution of multiple procurement plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support sourcing decisions and total cost of ownership evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex procurement challenges and influence business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contract management practices.
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
