Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Manager, Procurement is responsible for leading strategic procurement and sourcing operations across the Company. This role develops and executes procurement and supply chain strategies that optimize costs, create operational efficiencies, mitigate supply risk, and support the organization's growth objectives. The role will drive supplier performance and lead contract negotiations while fostering strong business partnerships and ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods and services.
The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 annually. The base pay offered is based on geographical location and may vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Similar positions located in other geographical locations may not necessarily receive the same salary range. The compensation information is an estimate and provided to meet with applicable provincial Pay Transparency legislation.
