Our team and what we'll accomplish together

Join our Process Improvement and PSO (Professional Services Organization) team as we drive operational excellence across the APAC region. In this role, you'll lead high-impact process improvement and strategic projects that directly enhance business performance and efficiency. You'll work closely with the APAC Region Lead and Executive Team to prioritize and deliver transformational initiatives that shape how we operate, while building and mentoring a team that bridges regional and global capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of process improvement and strategic projects across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Apply core project management disciplines to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements, delivering projects on time, in scope, and within budget.

  • Collaborate with the APAC Region Lead and Executive Team to assess opportunities, define business cases, prioritize competing initiatives, and communicate project status, outcomes, and lessons learned.

  • Integrate and coordinate personnel across regional and global teams to build high-performing, cross-functional project teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions that enhance business performance, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

  • Partner with stakeholders to remove blockers, manage complex dependencies, and ensure successful project adoption and sustainability.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-regional, cross-functional projects from conception through successful delivery.

  • Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, Lean) with the ability to select and apply approaches contextually.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams in matrix and global environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience driving process optimization and business improvement initiatives.

  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple business units or geographic regions.

Great-to-haves

  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or similar fast-paced, regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, enterprise system implementations, or technology-enabled process improvement.

  • Knowledge of APAC market dynamics, regional business practices, or experience working across the Asia-Pacific region
