The Senior Manager, Pricing & Contracting Operations is responsible for the execution, administration, compliance, and reporting activities associated with commercial contracting and government pricing programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing & Contracting, this role partners with Finance, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Operations, government pricing consultants, and external vendors to ensure accurate contract implementation, government price reporting, state transparency reporting, and maintenance of pricing-related systems and records. This role ensures compliance with federal and state requirements, internal controls, and SOX requirements while supporting the company’s pricing and market access strategies.

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $155,000 - $205,110; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
