We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Tenders to lead strategic tendering and commercial negotiations for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system projects. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced renewable-energy professional who can turn complex technical and commercial requirements into competitive procurement strategies, well-structured contracts, and sound award recommendations.
Working within our Preconstruction and Tenders group, you will collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Development, Safety, and other key stakeholders. You will also build productive relationships with leading EPC contractors and help guide critical procurement decisions across our project pipeline
You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can find practical solutions to difficult business challenges. You combine strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with careful attention to contractual detail and risk. You communicate clearly, build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus a 20% annual bonus. The successful candidate’s compensation within the range will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and work location.
