Design new ways of working and shape how digital ideas become real outcomes across Transport.
In this role you’ll:
• Lead digital ideas intake and prioritisation, establishing transparent, repeatable processes to determine which initiatives progress, pause or stop, aligned to enterprise strategy, funding and planning cycles.
• Design and embed product portfolio governance and ways of working, introducing fit for purpose frameworks, tools and decision forums from the ground up to enable coordinated delivery, manage risk and maintain a clear line of sight to value.
• Provide whole of portfolio insights, synthesising digital product performance, financial, delivery, capacity and risk data into clear, decision ready narratives that inform Customer Products and Solutions branch and executive decision making.
• Lift portfolio maturity and consistency, developing frameworks, playbooks and prioritisation models that strengthen digital product planning, investment sequencing and benefits realisation.
• Lead change and capability uplift, building an inclusive, high performing team culture and driving adoption of new prioritisation models and ways of working through strong engagement and influence.

About you
You bring extensive experience shaping and managing complex digital product or project portfolios, with deep capability across ideas intake, prioritisation, governance and performance reporting. You are comfortable leading multiple teams while operating in ambiguity and have a proven ability to design and implement new processes and ways of working from scratch.
You’re an influential leader who can bring stakeholders on the change journey, confidently engaging senior leaders, delivery teams and partners to shift mindsets and embed new approaches. You translate data and delivery insights into clear, compelling narratives that enable confident decision making and sustained value delivery.
Experience coordinating effective performance reporting, digital roadmaps, establishing prioritisation frameworks and leading change in large, complex environments is highly desirable. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, are essential.
