Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from project management background for Real Estate mixed use development Projects with 8-10 years of experience in project management of Office/retail/ hotels/malls projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully working on project management roles in large Developers, corporates, or Project Management companies for the full cycle of project development. The candidate should also possess expertise in MS Projects and Primavera software. The candidate will be a part of the Projects Management Assurance Group (PMAG) and will report to the PMAG Lead.

• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing & monitoring of all aspects of design and construction of the project across all stages including preconstruction, approvals, construction and handover stages ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, reporting requirements and quality standards.
• The Project Manager would work on large, mixed-use projects of Adani Airport City Side Development typically ranging from 2 to 4 Mn sft. having Hotels, Convention Centers, Commercial offices, Retail & Entertainment.

Experience:

• Ideally 8-10 years of experience in project management, monitoring & project coordination role in managing Real Estate projects including design & execution.
• Demonstrated track record in working on project management roles in large Developers, Corporate and Project Management companies.
• Proficiency in project scheduling & tracking, project monitoring, project cost preparation & tracking, MIS reports, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and MS Office and Project Management tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Aligning individual asset performance with timelines, budgets and quality standards agreed with the leadership team.
• Reporting project budgets, management MIS, schedules, and resources effectively, proactively outlining areas of concern, risks assessment and suggesting mitigating measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Implementing industry leading project management practices and ensuring internal as well as external teams meet the skill and reporting requirements necessary for project success.
• Collaborating with PMAG Team & Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to ensure alignment with Group-level project objectives and outcomes.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, performance-managing consultant partners and other external stakeholders where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Maintaining rigorous EHS processes and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of Safe and Environment friendly best practices as per general regulations and best practices.
• Implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparation of reports, tracker and other necessary management reports and presentations as part of project management and project monitoring exercise.
• Coordination with all project team members & departments including as required with consultants & vendors.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Working on Project management role in large Developers, Project Management and Construction companies with large projects in excess of 1-2 mn. sft in current/previous organizations.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and in MS Office and project management tools.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering /Architecture (B.E/B. Arch) with Post Graduate in Project Management from premier institute like NICMAR, S.P.A, IIT etc.

Education Qualification:

• B. Tech / B-Arch from a Tier-1 Institute along with Executive Programs in Project/Construction management from top institutes like SPA, NICMAR, IIT or similar.
• Relevant certification from PMI.

Technical Skills:
