This role is responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and ongoing operations of PLM systems and digital initiatives supporting product development, quality, and manufacturing functions. The individual will lead cross-functional efforts, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and architect enterprise-level solutions, including Teamcenter upgrades and integrations with systems like SAP, Loftware and Camstar. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to enable business transformation and operational excellence across global teams. This position will contribute to digital transformation initiatives and play a key role in strategic planning, change management, and team capability development.

Position Requirements:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for PLM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of developers, analysts, and solution architects in the implementation and support of Teamcenter and associated systems.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major upgrade projects (e.g., Teamcenter 2506), ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value delivery.
  • Serve as solution architect for complex projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of implemented solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with key stakeholders in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Define team objectives, track performance metrics, and support employee development through coaching and formal feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements in system design and data management.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through automation and best practices.
  • Represent PLM and Digital Solutions in leadership forums, audits, and global initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading global cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of PLM processes, Change Management, BOM Management, and integrations with ERP, MES, and labeling systems.
  • Strong solution architecture skills with hands-on experience in customizing and upgrading Teamcenter (preferably up to version 2412).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team capabilities.
