You will join HPB's Healthy Food & Dining and Programme Business Analysis (HFD&PBA) Division, which develop and implement healthy food and dining programmes to encourage Singaporeans to adopt healthier eating habits and choose healthier options.
We aim to create a supportive food environment focusing on healthier food supply, accessibility through food manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and F&B operators. Another key focus is generating demand and awareness to influence healthier eating through nutrition literacy, understand behaviourial science through initiatives such public education campaigns, digital interventions (via H365 app) and community activations such as Eat Drink Shop Healthy Challenge.
[What you will be working on]
You will assist the Assistant Director to conceptualise strategies and ideas, sense make and orchestrate demand generation initiatives to nudge consumers in adopting healthy eating behaviours. You will develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for demand generation in healthier eating, identifying effective nudges to promote the right behaviours among end consumers.
You will string together and coordinate cross-divisional efforts to integrate the board's marketing initiatives in public health education and develop a cohesive demand generation plan to be executed across both online and offline channels to maximise reach and impact. The role requires close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, including other HPB divisions.
You will also be working closely with other HPB Divisions to support partnership engagement with retailers, F&Bs and food aggregators, including delivery and execution of the consumer initiatives and managing vendors for on-ground activations. You will need to collaborate with others to gamify and nudge healthy behaviours on digital platforms such as Healthy 365.
You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives, provide regular updates and recommendations to management as well as evaluating and enhancing programme to achieve the goal of drumming up demand for healthier food.
