The Senior Manager, PF Project Delivery is responsible forthe technical performanceof projectcontrols (scope,cost, schedule,andriskmanagement)andthebusiness developmentexpansion of services at partner accountsIn this billable client facing role,they willidentify,train,develop, coach, andmentortechnicalteamsdeveloping high performing project engineers and consultantsThe Senior Manageris responsible forclientrelationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery ofmanufacturing solutionservices engagementsThey are strategically focused and responsible for client satisfactionthroughproject deliverywhilemaintainingand growingclient relationships

Essentialfunctionsoftheposition:

Project Delivery and Team MemberDevelopment

  • Manageteams atvariousclientsites/locations to ensure consistency oftechnicalservices, compliantwith clientand Project Farmaprocesses and standards and responsiveness to both client and employee requirements

  • Collaborativelyidentifyand implement employee performance and development plans to meet individual developmentand organizational growthgoals

  • Direct and manage teams executing projects within theManufacturing Solutions practice areaswith overall responsibility for technical solutions, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Strategically assign team members toaccountsfor mutual benefitandidentifyTeam Membersuccession planning tomaximizethe readiness of future leaders.

  • Lead initiatives and projects by ensuring Team Members understand team and individual goals and responsibilities, managing priorities and ensuringtimelyand high-quality completion of work.

  • Supportproject direction and strategy based on client vision and expected outcomes throughout the entire project delivery life cycle without oversight.

  • Supportandidentifyresource planning, as well as define projectobjectivesand requirements necessary to structure a project or activity.

  • Subject Matter Expert who provides technical direction, training, careerdevelopmentand performance assessmentsto ensure highest quality delivery.

  • Analyze,identifytrends,and ensure performanceofPO management tools;managingburn rates; need for new proposals and proactively communicate PO performanceProactivelyidentifyandensuresuccess through earned value analysis for clients andmaximizingperformance for Project Farma

  • Drive efficiency through team member utilization and support cross-account / cross-region allocations.

  • IdentifyProfessional Development opportunitiesforTeam Membersto develop their skills.

  • Build andmaintainhigh performing teams ensuring successful account management and growth.

  • Strategicallyidentifytalent needsand follow through with supportof therecruitment and talentacquisitionprocess.

  • Identifyand plan opportunities to connect Project Farma’s Patient Focus mindsetto our Partners

Business Development & Strategy

  • Drive Project Farma’s business development initiativesacross assigned accountsthrough proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to expand services

  • Review and populatesite dashboardsproviding direction resulting in project healthand expansion opportunities

  • Lead, oversee, and execute client project initiatives allowing for the identification of new and added services for the mutual benefit of the client and organization.

  • Support, review,and analyze Business Development, ProjectDeliveryand Team Member activities

  • Support in the development, implementation, and executionofstrategic plans to meet the Project Farmabusiness development and growth targets

  • Collaborate acrossthe Project Farmapractice teams to develop solutions for joint business opportunities that meet businessand clientobjectives

  • Monitor and manage budgetsand planning needs to meet the necessary project requirements

  • Support the maintenance ofnew and existing client accounts, focusing on projectdeliveryandactively seekingaccount growth

  • Work withclient’s business/technical leadership tofacilitateworkflow development, project scope development and risk assessment, issue resolution and work forecasting and planning

  • Provide direction and innovation in service and/or process improvement, costreductionand recommendations for business process optimization

  • Stay current with the latest trends in thebiomanufacturingindustry and implement strategies thatleveragechanges in the marketplace into new business opportunities

  • Thorough understanding of our targetindustriesincluding how each sector works together, interdependencies, emerging trends, and key challenges.

  • Maintain business development data within customer relationship management (CRM)system.

  • Support strategic creation ofcross site/cross accountbusiness development tools creating a force multiplier impact

  • Mentor, train, and coach team members in client engagement, relationship management, and leadership.

  • Attend and represent Project Farmaat ISPE or other networking events

  • Other duties as assigned byLeadership.

Qualifications:

Education and ExperienceRequired:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.

  • Typically, a minimum of 8years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.

  • Typically, 6 years of managing high-performing teams.

  • Typically, 4yearsbusiness development, lead generation, or sales experience.

  • Experience translating client visions to set the direction, frame the project, provide clarity to direct reports andclient, and deliver results.

Other Required:

  • Travel as needed to fulfill Business Development and Team Member initiatives.

  • Experienceoperatingas a trusted strategic advisor to organization decision-makers on short and long-termorganizational initiatives.

  • Experience translating client visions to set the direction, frame the project, provide clarity to direct reports and client, and deliver results

  • Proven technical/managerial capabilities in developing solutions to engineering and business problems and managing deliverables and client expectations

This position may require significant travel to support project and business needs. We cannot employ anyone with an invalid driver's license.

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $(138,000 - $180,000). The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
