• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, allowances, and
employee record management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirement, local and overseas payroll, including tax filing and
reporting.
• Manage year-end payroll activities, including generate EA, E form, Tax audit etc.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define role, set performance expectation, and conduct regular review.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Optimize payroll process for efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
• Generate payroll reports for management, audits, and financial report.
• Ensure data integrity and security in payroll records. Liaise with external payroll providers, tax agencies and
auditors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other department on payroll-related matters.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance for payroll operations.
• Lead internal and external payroll audits, addressing findings and recommend for improvement plan.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Payroll or relevant.
• Able to monitor a team of more than 10 staff.
• Detail oriented, with quick numerical and mathematical mind
• Experience in handling payroll of more than 1000 employee size/volume.
