Senior Manager, Payments & Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Manager / Senior Manager to help scale our integrated ecosystem spanning payments, travel, and digital platforms In this role, you will contribute directly to revenue growth, enhance customer payment experiences, and build strategic partnerships across airlines, online travel agents (OTAs), fintech players, and broader digital ecosystems

Working closely with the Head of Payments & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in turning strategy into execution—bringing partnerships to life and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, regional environment.

What You’ll Do

Build & Scale Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Identify and develop partnerships across fintech platforms, airlines, OTAs, and digital ecosystem players

  • Support the growth of a connected ecosystem that drives seamless customer journeys across travel and payments.

  • Work closely with the Head to prioritise and execute high-impact ecosystem opportunities.

Drive Fintech & Payment Innovation

  • Collaborate with fintech partners to introduce and scale payment solutions such as digital wallets, BNPL, and alternative payment methods.

  • Improve customer payment experience by optimizing conversion, authorization, and success rates.

  • Work with global banks, card schemes, fintechs, and global payment providers to enhance performance and unlock cost efficiencies.

Accelerate Airline & OTA Commercial Growth

  • Execute strategic partnerships with airlines and online travel agents (OTAs) to drive bookings and ancillary revenue.

  • Support initiatives that increase traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value across travel platforms.

  • Contribute to building integrated offerings across flights, add-ons, and travel services.

Support Strategic Deals & Commercial Initiatives

  • Develop business cases and commercial proposals across ecosystem, fintech, and travel partnerships.

  • Support negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver partnerships successfully.

  • Contribute to structuring scalable and performance-driven commercial models.

Leverage Insights to Optimize Growth

  • Monitor key metrics including revenue, conversion rates, and payment performance.

  • Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Stay informed on trends across fintech, airlines, OTAs, and digital ecosystems to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Business Units, Payment Product & Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver initiatives.

  • Act as a key execution partner to the Head of Payments & Strategic Partnerships.

  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, speed, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years (Manager) / 8–12+ years (Senior Manager) experience in payments, fintech, airlines, OTA, or digital platform businesses

  • Good understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, online banking, wallets, BNPL, etc.)

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong execution focus
