Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Paralegal Shared Services to help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Lead and manage a centralized team of paralegals, delivering consistent, scalable, and high-quality legal support across multiple practice areas.

• Oversee workload allocation, service levels, and quality of work product, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with legal and business objectives.

• Serve as the primary coordination point for paralegal support across the legal function, partnering closely with attorneys and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to optimize tools, processes, and adoption of new systems and workflows.

• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, data discipline, and building high-performing teams in a shared services environment.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.

• 10+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a corporate or public company environment.

• Deep knowledge of corporate paralegal functions, including governance, entity management, contract lifecycle support, and compliance documentation.

• Proven ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and manage service delivery in a shared services or matrixed environment.

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with a focus on accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience implementing or optimizing legal tools and document management systems.

• Track record of driving process improvements and operational transformation within legal or shared services teams.

• Experience supporting global teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a large organization.
