The Role and Department

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Change to join Digital TechOps.

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Partner in Digital TechOps, you play a central role in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption for major digital transformation initiatives across Technical Operations. Initially, your primary focus will be the SAP Commercial Expansion Program, a strategic initiative that will establish enterprise SAP capabilities supporting Genmab's commercial expansion across multiple global markets.

Operating as part of the TechOps ‘spoke’ in the hub-and-spoke digital operating model, you serve as the bridge between management, business functions, Digital/IT, project teams, and end users, ensuring new solutions, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded into daily operations for value realization

Digital TechOps is responsible for enabling digital solutions and data‑driven ways of working across Technical Operations. As part of the hub‑and‑spoke operating model, the team acts as both a strategic partner and execution engine ensuring TechOps has the tools, capabilities, and insights needed to deliver high‑quality products for patients.

This position reports to Senior Director, Head of Digital Technical Operations and is an onsite role in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities for large-scale digital transformation programs, initially focused on the SAP Commercial Expansion Program
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and training programs
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses to identify adoption risks and required interventions
• Partner with business leaders, process SME’s, Digital/IT teams, and project managers to ensure organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle
• Support governance and operational readiness activities, including transition planning, support model preparation, and go-live readiness assessments
• Design and deliver communication materials, leadership presentations, workshops, and engagement activities tailored to different stakeholder groups
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness through defined metrics and feedback mechanisms
• Drive proactive identification and mitigation of organizational resistance, stakeholder concerns, and change-related risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational change, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, IT, Life Sciences, or similar
• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably within pharma, supply chain, or digital transformation environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with formal change management methodologies
• Experience supporting ERP, SAP, or large-scale business transformation programs is preferred
• Strong understanding of organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training methodologies
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments with diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across business and technical teams

The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

DKK644.640,00---966.960,00

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
