QIC's People & Culture function is entering an exciting new phase. With a new Chief People & Culture Officer and refreshed leadership team, we are building a modern, high-performing function focused on strategic partnership, operational excellence and delivering outstanding employee experiences.

As part of this journey, we've created a new role Senior Manager, Organisational Development role to lead our OD capability and help shape how leadership, culture, organisational effectiveness and ways of working enable QIC's future success. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes and make a lasting impact across a global investment organisation

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnering & Organisational Development, you will lead the Organisational Development team and partner closely with senior leaders, Business Partners and Talent Advisory to translate business strategy into practical, scalable and commercially relevant people solutions.

You will be responsible for driving organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, culture and inclusion outcomes, ensuring these are embedded into the way the business operates rather than delivered as standalone initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Shaping Leadership Capability

Lead QIC's leadership capability agenda, developing scalable frameworks, development experiences and approaches that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support talent, performance and succession outcomes.

Leading Organisational Effectiveness

Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organisational, leadership and team effectiveness challenges, designing practical interventions that improve performance, ways of working and organisational outcomes.

Driving Culture, Engagement & Change

Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, translating insights into meaningful action and supporting leaders to successfully embed organisational change and transformation.

Leading the Organisational Development team

Lead and develop the OD team, including L&D and DEI capability, while partnering closely with the whole People & Culture team to deliver integrated, commercially relevant people solutions.

About You

You are an experienced organisational development leader who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery and thrives in complex environments.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience in organisational development, organisational effectiveness or people strategy roles.

  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering leadership capability initiatives at enterprise scale.

  • Strong grounding in organisational development theory, systems thinking and evidence-based practice.

  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into practical, commercially relevant people solutions.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to solve complex organisational and leadership challenges.

  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.

  • Experience leading organisational change, culture or transformation initiatives.

  • A pragmatic, collaborative and outcomes-focused approach.

Experience within investment management, financial services or similarly complex professional environments will be highly regarded.
