THE POSITION WE OFFER:
Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion SCM & Analytics – CDI permanent position - Based in Paris 13ème

About the role:
Cellectis is seeking a Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion SCM & Analytics to lead the delivery, stabilization, and continuous evolution of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Analytics solutions.
This is a senior individual contributor role with end‑to‑end accountability for functional design, solution quality, and operational reliability. While the role does not include people management, it carries significant functional leadership, influence, and decision‑making responsibility across business stakeholders, system integrators, and IT governance forums.
You will operate at the intersection of IT, business operations, and compliance within a highly regulated biopharmaceutical environment.

Missions:
• Oracle Fusion SCM Ownership - Act as the functional owner for Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, …). Lead the design, configuration, and evolution of SCM solutions aligned with business objectives. Ensure robust, scalable, and compliant implementations across all SCM domains.
• Oracle Fusion Analytics & Insights – Build and own the functional roadmap for Oracle Fusion Analytics and OTBI for SCM, Finance and operations. Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytical use cases with business leaders. Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and audit‑ready reporting. Support decision‑making through reliable operational and management insights.
• Strategic Business Partnering - Serve as the senior functional interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance internal stakeholders and external Oracle system integrators and vendors. Lead business workshops, solution design sessions, and validation reviews. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable Oracle Fusion solutions. Provide functional leadership without direct line management responsibilities.
• Operations, Releases & Compliance - Contribute to production support for SCM, analytics and financial solutions, operating within an ITSM framework (incident, problem, and change management). Ensure solution stability, continuous improvement, and user adoption post go‑live. Enforce IT governance, documentation, and change control standards aligned with SOX and GxP requirements. Support audit readiness, internal controls, and regulatory inspections when ERP systems are in scope. Apply Computer System Validation (CSV) principles were required (knowledge strongly preferred).

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience:
• 8–12+ years of experience with Oracle applications, including strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion implementations and post go live operations.
• Strong understanding of end to end supply chain processes and integration with Finance.
• Proven experience acting as a senior functional lead without people management.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Analytics / OTBI.
