As an Associate Director of Audience Experience at /prompt, youhelpleadthe development and delivery of audience-led strategies across social, influencer, and digital channelsfor healthcare and pharma brands, shaping howthese regulatedbrands show up within modern contentecosystems.You bring aholisticunderstanding ofhow audiences engage across platforms – while offering deep expertise in influencer marketing within regulated environment.

You ensure that ideas are not only strategicallysound, butalso show up effectively across the audience ecosystem – from influencer partnerships to broader social channel execution. Youare able toconnect influencer strategy to the larger audience experience, understanding how creators,platformsand content work together to drive engagement, relevance and impact.

You havestronghands-on experience in healthcare influencer programs, includingworkingwithpatient, HCP, advocacyand lifestylecreators, and the ability to navigate MLR processes without compromising creativity.

You’lloverseeselect client workstreams, own day-to-day campaign planning and execution, and serve as a bridge between strategy and implementation, translating strategic intent into clear direction for teams.You’llwork closely with Creative, Strategy, and AudienceExperience leadstotranslate ideas into clear,compliantand culturally relevant execution.

This role sits within Audience Experience — an integrated discipline that fuses content, conversations, and conversions to meet audiences where they are. We ensure ideasdon’tjust exist, but show up in the right channels, at the right moments, with the right influencers and content to earn attention, spark talk value, and fuel algorithmic takeoff.

Skillset

  • Proven success managingand overseeingsocial, influencer, and digital programswithin regulated industries, such as pharma,biotechor OTC brands, acrossmultiple clients or campaigns(3-4+yearsofexperiencewithin pharma and healthcare isrequiredfor this role)
  • Skilled in translating brand objectives into actionable audience strategieswith minimal oversight
  • Proficient in FDA, FTC and platform specific guidelines including fair balance, ISI,disclosuresand AE reporting; experienced in navigating MLR reviews
  • Fluent in platform trends and content formats across TikTok, Instagram,YouTubeandMeta– and applies within regulatory constraints
  • Able toidentifypatterns acrossinfluencercampaigns and channels, helping improve processes, playbooks, and ways of workingwithin healthcare and pharma.
  • Strong understanding ofhealthcareinfluencer marketingoperationsincluding creative collaboration, talent vetting, contracting considerations, and performance evaluation
  • Experienced in managing day-to-day team operations, timelines, and deliverables,providing guidance and oversight to ensure quality and consistency
  • Proficient in using audience data and cultural insights to informinfluencerstrategy
  • Skilled at optimizing campaigns for engagement and impact while maintaining creative and brand integrity
  • Adept at presenting work internally and externally with clarity, confidence, and strategic context
