As a Senior Manager, Opportunity and Market Development, you will help shape business growth by turning market, customer, project, and sales data into actionable insights. Your work will enable leaders to identify new opportunities, make informed decisions, and stay ahead of changing market dynamics.

You will play a key role in connecting market intelligence with business strategy, helping teams better understand customer demand, competitive trends, and growth potential across strategic verticals. Your insights will directly support business development, portfolio planning, and commercial success.

Working across global and regional teams, you will build the intelligence foundation that drives smarter decisions, stronger collaboration, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead market and business intelligence initiatives to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, datasets, and analytical tools that improve visibility into market trends, project activity, and business performance.
• Transform internal and external data into practical insights that help teams make faster, more informed decisions.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, and Technology teams to support opportunity assessment and commercial planning.
• Enhance reporting processes, data quality, and knowledge-sharing practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term business impact.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, strategic planning, business development support, or a related function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights using modern analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Strong ability to understand technical applications and market dynamics across a broad range of industries.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making across functions and regions.
• Fluent in English.
