You’ll work closely with IT teams, business users, and citizen developers to help apply governance best practices and ensure adherence to organizational policies. Ability to learn new tools and platform and explore the best way of creating governance and standards would be a plus.

What this job involves

Key responsibilities include:

· Support the implementation of governance standards across RPA (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Power Platform) and analytics environments.

· Perform regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and established standards.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard templates, documentation, and best practice guidelines.

· Participate in governance audits and help identify gaps or risks in processes, automations, or tool usage and support remediation actions

· Monitor compliance with internal policies, security standards, and access controls across different platforms

· Help administer environments and governance features, including configuring user access and reviewing roles and permissions

· Help design and maintain a central repository for governance documentation, training materials, and process assets

· Support training sessions (documentation, coordination, and basic delivery) to help teams understand and follow governance procedures.

· Collaborate closely with IT, automation teams, citizen developers, and data teams to enforce governance requirements

· Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to data governance and incorporate them into the organizations standards

· Support the onboarding of upcoming tools and Generative AI use cases from governance perspective and contributing to the definition and enforcement of governance practices

· Support the development and reporting of governance metrics (e.g., audit findings, training uptake, access compliance), and present regular updates

Every day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.
