We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Innovation & Project Execution to lead critical transformation initiatives within our Parenterals manufacturing organization. This role is a high-impact leadership role at the center of one of the organization's most important transformation journeys, responsible for driving the successful delivery of major operational, digital, and compliance programs. The Senior Manager, Innovation & Project Execution will help shape the future manufacturing footprint by enabling new production capabilities, advancing digital manufacturing, strengthening compliance, and ensuring the successful startup of critical investments that will support patients for years to come.
The position provides leadership for teams responsible for:
Design and Operational readiness for new filling and compounding lines
Readiness and execution activities supporting the remodeling and expansion of parenteral manufacturing facilities
MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation
Compliance remediation program for compliant, future ready assets and processes
The successful candidate will serve as a key integration leader across Operations, Engineering, Quality, MSAT, global, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on schedule, and with sustainable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational readiness, startup activities and project execution for new filling and compounding lines as well as major facility expansion project.
Lead teams responsible for MES implementation in the parenteral compounding and filling Business Unit.
Lead the planning and execution oversight for significant compliance projects in the parenteral compounding and filling Business Unit.
Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives through strong cross-functional leadership while effectively managing risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
Champion digitalization, innovation, and continuous improvement within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Develop organizational capabilities and build high-performing teams to support future growth.
Minimum Qualification
A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering is required; a Master's or higher degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in aseptic operations in the pharmaceutical industry, including people leadership, is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining cGMP compliance is required.
Proficiency in understanding and utilizing digital technologies, with a commitment to staying updated with emerging tools and platforms. Strong creative thinking skills and a track record of developing innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, global teams. Adept at analyzing complex issues and formulating effective solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
Willingness and ability to adapt to shifting job requirements and work environments.
