  • Organizational Maturity: Implement processes and best practices to strengthen team capabilities, consistency, and efficiency within a rapidly expanding global organization.
  • Project Delivery: Monitor and report measurable progress on project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
    • Track and communicate performance against key operational KPIs (loss of control events, vulnerability reduction, compliance with OT standards).
    • Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Director of OT&PA to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure effective communication across global teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of learning, accountability, and innovation within the OT function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in operational technology, industrial control systems (ICS), or related disciplines.
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse technical teams, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop talent, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational maturity.
