Job Title: Senior Manager of Service Integration & Management (SIAM)

Location: Krakow, Poland (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

We’re on the lookout for a strategic, collaborative, and experienced Senior Manager of Service Integration & Management (SIAM) to drive high-performing IT services that align with business needs. This is a critical role where you will shape the future of service integration within a multi-supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving end-to-end service integration and performance across multiple IT providers.
  • Implementing ITIL and SIAM best practices to improve service quality and governance.
  • Monitoring SLAs, supplier performance, and service compliance, reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders.
  • Resolving escalated issues and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and supplier collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within IT Service Integration & Management or IT Service Delivery
  • Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks, SIAM principles, and multi-supplier service models
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex service ecosystems and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • ITIL Expert or SIAM certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
