Program Development & Strategy:
- Design and continuously refine the Australian Partnership Channel - this includes optimising our Referral motion, growing our Certified Partnerships motion, establishing a Bureau program and other strategic GTM initiatives. This will involve owning program requirements, commercial terms, and operational processes.
- Develop the strategic plan for partner recruitment, enablement, and growth in alignment with overall company revenue goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track program success and partner performance.
Operational Excellence & Revenue Operations:
- Manage all operational aspects of the Australia partner program, including data and reporting, partner performance tracking, deal registration, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor channel pipeline, forecast revenue, and analyse partner performance.
- Implement scalable processes for managing leads, sharing information internally, commission tracking, and partner communications.
- Leverage data insights to optimize program performance and partner engagement.
- Help develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and resources to enable partners to effectively market, sell, and support our software.
