The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis plays a critical leadership role in advancing Acadia Healthcare’s mission to Lead Care With Light® This position delivers clear, forward-looking financial insights that support clinically excellent care and sustainable growth across our multi-site behavioral health platform.
Serving as a strategic partner to operations, corporate leadership, Investor Relations, and external financial partners, this role translates complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. By connecting mission-driven care delivery with disciplined financial management, this role helps ensure Acadia continues to expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare while creating long-term value.
