About the role

As the Senior Manager of Construction Management, you will contribute to keep strengthening our competencies, deliver high-quality results and to the strategy for the Construction Management function. You will also collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

How you might spend your days

As Senior Manager of Construction Management, you’ll:

• Lead and develop a high-performing construction management, while developing team capabilities and well-being
• Ensure successful project execution through effective site mobilisation and risk management
• Establish and continuously improve systems for construction management, including planning, resourcing, and budgeting. 
• Build and manage effective client relationships on site, ensuring stakeholder alignment and project success. 
• Ensure compliance with project plans, NNE’s quality standards, and execution model.

What you bring to the role

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) 
• Experience in construction and site management (typically 8-10 years) 
• Experience establishing and developing systems within this field (including construction and commissioning planning, systems for managing temporary work and installations, etc.) 
• Familiarity with 4D/5D tools and digital construction management. 
• Commitment to safety and experience in safety-critical environments. 
• Proficiency in English.
