THE JOB:

The Senior Manager of Cage Operations ensures departmental and functional procedures, internal controls, and reporting comply with company procedures, corporate policies, and state and federal regulations and statutes, while directing specific areas within the overall cage department operation. The Manager works to ensure processes are operating effectively and efficiently, implementing best practices and improvements per corporate standards, evaluates new products, services, and technology, and maintains knowledge of current and evolving industry trends.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Operate efficiently and cost-effective operation; including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services and control environment; evaluating staffing levels in accordance with business demand while monitoring and reporting changing business needs
• Coordinate hiring, scheduling, staffing, and ensure resolution for payroll issues
• Ensure the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the Company’s S.H.O.W service standards and brand attributes
• Guide and influence people, processes, and resources to support the business's best interests. Builds and maintains trusting relationships and communication with the Corporate Treasury, Finance Shared Services Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ Years of prior relevant casino experience
• Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision-making
• Sets direction and makes informed decisions that enhance financial and operational performance.
• Seeks out and leverages information and data to inform business strategies.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$87,000.00 - $145,100.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
