Your Role at Sephora:

Ready for a career glow up? As Senior Manager, Network Retail & Corporate Engineering, you'll be driving the vision, execution, and operational excellence of Sephora's global retail and corporate network infrastructure. The work you do will impact beauty, as you lead large-scale modernization initiatives that power seamless customer and employee experiences across every store and corporate environment. You'll manage a high-performing global engineering team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about building resilient, scalable, and innovative network solutions.

This leader will oversee the architecture, automation, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise networking platforms, including SD-WAN, wireless, routing and switching, DNS, load balancing, and network security services across hybrid and cloud environments. The role is instrumental in advancing cloud-native networking strategies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, automation, and GenAI/Agentic AI-driven operational capabilities to improve stability, scalability, efficiency, and speed of execution.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business and leadership acumen, demonstrating the ability to influence strategy, lead globally distributed teams, manage large-scale operational and capital budgets and deliver complex transformational programs in fast-paced enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Enterprise Network Strategy. Oversee the architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and network security services across retail and corporate environments.
  • Drive Automation & AI Innovation. Advance Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, and GenAI/Agentic AI-driven operational capabilities to improve efficiency, self-healing, and service resiliency.
  • Manage Financial Planning. Own CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimization aligned to business priorities.
  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps. Shape modernization plans for cloud networking, wireless transformation, retail infrastructure resiliency, and operational automation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships. Collaborate with Security, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Retail Technology, and Digital teams to deliver scalable, highly available solutions.
  • Oversee Incident & Change Governance. Direct major incident response, problem management, change governance, and operational readiness for mission-critical retail and enterprise services.

What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in retail or large-scale enterprise environments, including hands-on expertise with SD-WAN, routing/switching, wireless, and network security platforms.
  • 5–10 years of leadership experience managing global onshore and offshore engineering teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing organizations and drive accountability and innovation.
  • Deep technical expertise across VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto, and multi-cloud networking (Azure, GCP, OCI), with hands-on IaC and AIOps platform experience.
  • Proven financial acumen in managing large-scale CAPEX and OPEX budgets within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence strategy and align technology initiatives to business outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preferred certifications: CCIP/CCNP/CCIE, Aruba, Palo Alto, Azure, GCP, OCI, or VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud).
