NRM (Net Revenue Management) is a systematic approach to defining our strategic pricing, our price-pack architecture, our promotions and our trade terms structure with the aim of driving profitable growth. For 2025 and beyond, NRM has been identified as one of our core strategic growth enablers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As senior Manager NRM Deso, you are responsible for creating growth strategies for Unilever through portfolio optimization, pricing, active mix management, and promotional spend excellence. You will collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
