We are currently looking for a Senior Manager (m/w/d) Market Development to join our growing team that develops power solutions at the heart of computing systems. This position will be located in Germany.

In this position, the successful candidate will drive market development strategies and execution for our Industrial and Telecom business within Vishay MOSFET. You will work with an experienced engineering team to develop leading solutions for the computing market. This is a senior role with the opportunity to create real impact within the organization and build a promising career.

What you will be doing:

• Drive the strategy development and execution of our MOSFET Industrial and Telecom business targeting the high-performance commercial/industrial markets to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
• Work closely with business development, sales and regional marketing to ensure successful go-to-market strategy for our new and existing product portfolio.
• Work directly with leading customers to foster partnerships, develop business, listen to their needs, and define roadmap with differentiated solutions.
• Collaborate with internal research & development and design engineering teams to define products which deliver products needed by the market.
• Work closely with system applications and design teams to ensure technical product requirements are defined and documented.
• Validate business case for new projects and products based on realistic market dynamics.
• Motivate team and management internally by presenting strategy, successes, and products.
• Analyze and comprehend market data and competitive landscape to ensure success of product strategy and differentiation.
• Advocate internally for the customer and support when needed to ensure design in success and continuity of existing business inline with market trends.

What will you bring along:

• BSEE with MSEE preferred
• Successful candidates will have most of the following:
• 7+ years’ experience in marketing (including technical roles) in Power Management Semiconductor market.
• 5+ years’ experience working in power management solutions for the high-performance computing and industrial markets.
• Extensive experience presenting to and working with customers. Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• The ability to support and mentor less experienced team members.
