We are looking for “Senior Manager – Merchandising (Hardgoods)” to join us!

• Lead communication with vendors in Türkiye, internal LF teams in the Far East, and Buyers in Europe to ensure effective collaboration and alignment
• Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with vendors to ensure smooth business operations and continuous improvement
• Drive sourcing strategies and provide commercially sound solutions to support business objectives
• Oversee operational processes, documentation, and data management to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and support the team in managing vendor performance, sourcing activities, and operational execution
Requirements
• At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 8–10 years of experience in Vendor Management, Buying, or Sourcing, including 3–5 years at a senior/managerial level
• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain operations and strategic sourcing
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams
• Advanced level of English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
• Strong Hardgoods sourcing background is a must, with the ability to source and manage multiple product groups and develop suitable vendor networks
