Senior Manager, Media & Retail Media – LATAM

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Media & Retail Media – LATAM to lead key components of regional media and retail media strategy execution, performance optimization, and market enablement. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that media investments deliver strong brand and commercial outcomes across LATAM.

The ideal candidate is a strong media operator and strategist, comfortable managing complexity, influencing stakeholders, and driving performance through data and insight.

What You’ll Do for Us

Media & Retail Media Strategy Execution

  • Lead execution of regional media and retail media frameworks across assigned brands or markets.
  • Support development of integrated media approaches across digital, commerce, and retail media.
  • Drive consistency in DME/DMI application and media effectiveness standards.

Performance, Measurement & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize media performance across markets, using data and learning agendas.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Support the shift toward high‑intent behavioral cohorts and improved audience precision.

Retail Media & Data Enablement

  • Support scaling of retail media partnerships and activation models across LATAM.
  • Apply first‑party and retailer data to improve targeting, measurement, and ROI.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the regional data spine for media activation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, IMX, Commercial, Bottlers, Analytics, and agency teams.
  • Act as a trusted media advisor to markets and brands.
  • Support LATAM representation in global IMX working sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in media planning, buying, strategy, or performance roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, ecommerce, and retail media ecosystems.
  • Experience working across markets and with agencies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
