- Partner with the Tagging Manager to maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), event match quality, and offline conversion uploads so the algorithm optimizes toward qualified and funded outcomes.
- Manage Lead Ads and instant forms alongside website conversion campaigns, testing form design and qualifying questions to protect lead quality.
- Run incrementality and lift studies (Conversion Lift, geo tests) in partnership with marketing analytics, and use results to guide budget decisions.
- Diagnose performance shifts quickly (CPM, CTR, CVR, frequency, auction dynamics) and communicate what changed and what we are doing about it.
- Align ad messaging with landing pages in partnership with the CRO team to improve message match and conversion.
- Stay current on Meta product releases (Advantage+, new placements, AI creative tools) and test what is relevant.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear insights and next steps for the Director of Paid Media and CMO.
How Success Is Measured

- Lead-to-funded rate from Meta traffic.

- Ability to connect platform metrics to downstream business outcomes (qualified leads, approvals, funded deals).
- Clear, concise communicator who can explain performance to non-specialists.
