The Senior Manager, Marketing Programs is a member of the Client Development and Marketing leadership team, and reports to the Chief, Marketing and Communications Officer. As a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs, you will be responsible for Osler’s external market presence, driving integrated, results-focused marketing, events, and sponsorships that strengthen brand reputation and advance firm priorities.
As the architect of Osler’s market activation strategy, this role drives the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate our practices and major publications. This position provides high-level oversight of both digital and in-person event strategies, to ensure that every firm touchpoint, from digital advertising to flagship events, is strategically aligned, measurable and results-driven, while also owning the firm’s sponsorship portfolio to advance business priorities and brand visibility.
This role manages two direct reports, the Marketing Manager and Manager of Client Events. This team collaborates closely with colleagues across the marketing and business development teams.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience
The position requires a university degree preferably in marketing or communications and a minimum of eight years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is considered a strong asset. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Compensation
The range of expected compensation for this position is $135,000 - $145,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
