Senior Manager Marketing Productivity

We are looking for a highly driven and operationally strong Senior Manager to lead the execution of Carlsberg Group’s Marketing Productivity (including Marketing Investment Optimisation) agenda across priority markets.

This role is responsible for delivering both:

  • immediate optimisation impact and reinvestment opportunities,
  • as well as building the structural engine for long-term marketing investment discipline and productivity.

The role will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Procurement, Finance and local Markets, driving structural changes in how marketing investments are allocated, prioritised and executed.

The position will work under the direction of the Head of Marketing Excellence & Transformation and collaborate closely with external specialist partners supporting on-the-ground implementation.

What you’ll be doing

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Lead execution of the Marketing Productivity (including Investment Optimisation) agenda across priority markets.
  • Deliver measurable productivity impact and reinvestment initiatives.
  • Drive structural optimisation across portfolio, campaigns, content production and agency models.
  • Support markets in improving marketing investment effectiveness and allocation discipline.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with Managing Directors and Marketing Directors.
  • Build realistic implementation roadmaps and market action plans.
  • Lead prioritisation and investment trade-off discussions with markets.
  • Coordinate and manage external specialist partners and implementation agencies.
  • Ensure external providers deliver practical, execution-focused outcomes.
  • Develop and embed productivity governance frameworks, KPIs and tracking mechanisms.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance and Analytics teams to ensure aligned delivery and measurement.

The required personal qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing transformation, commercial strategy, consulting, or related areas
  • Proven track record in driving optimization, cost transformation, or investment effectiveness initiatives
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
  • Strong exposure to Marketing, Procurement and/or Finance disciplines
