Job Description
This role sits at the center of how Daxko's go-to-market engine runs. As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you own the quality, completeness, and activation-readiness of our customer and prospect data β the foundation everything else is built on. You'll design the architecture, lead a team of specialists, and make sure the data flowing into our campaigns, segments, and ABM programs is accurate, enriched, and ready to act on.
What you'll do
- Own data enrichment end-to-end: tool selection, provider management, AI-assisted workflows, and the roadmap for maintaining best-in-class data completeness across the database
- Engineer multi-source enrichment pipelines through Snowflake and Databricks into CDP activation layers, translating pipeline goals into clear data requirements and audience intelligence at scale
- Design and enforce governance standards across field ownership, enrichment source hierarchy, freshness SLAs, and tagging conventions; maintain data dictionaries that serve as the team's source of truth
- Own identity resolution logic, including merge rules, deduplication standards, and record governance, and define the field-level segmentation and trigger criteria that make HubSpot and CDP data immediately activation-ready
- Lead structured experimentation across enrichment sources, segmentation logic, and trigger criteria to improve downstream conversion; evaluate and sunset tools that no longer serve the stack
- Partner with demand gen, martech, and ops stakeholders to align data strategy with pipeline goals, ensuring the stack operates as a connected, high-performing system
- Lead and develop a team of individual contributors: set clear goals, run regular 1:1s, support growth, and hold a high execution standard on QA, documentation, and data accuracy
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expert-level HubSpot experience with direct ownership of database quality, enrichment programs, and MAP data architecture
- Deep, hands-on experience with B2B enrichment platforms and data providers, including multi-source layering and field-level enrichment decisions
- Proven ability to design segmentation and trigger logic from the ground up, translating ICP and campaign criteria into scalable rules in HubSpot
- Experience building AI-assisted enrichment workflows, with sound judgment on output quality, failure modes, and when human review is required
- Working knowledge of how data moves through a B2B MarTech stack, from enrichment provider into CRM through to campaign activation
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and enrichment logic review
- Experience with CDP concepts and how enriched data connects to triggered campaign infrastructure
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data tools, or AI-powered marketing automation
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Analytics certifications
