About the Position
The Princeton Review/Tutor.com is seeking a highly organized, solutions-focused Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to strengthen the operational efficiency, coordination, and strategic execution of the marketing organization. This role is central to ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely implementation of initiatives that drive Tutor.com’s growth, brand visibility, and organizational success. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Marketing and Corporate Communications, the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations acts as a critical point of coordination—facilitating communication, supporting project execution, managing workflows, and ensuring that initiatives move forward smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate excels at project management, process optimization, marketing technology systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role supports major enterprise marketing initiatives, including large-scale website rebuilds, virtual events, and multi-team campaign efforts. The Senior Manager also manages the marketing technology (MarTech) stack, oversees dashboards and KPIs, and collaborates closely with Sales Operations to ensure consistent campaign management, data flow, and performance reporting within Salesforce Account Engagement.

The Princeton Review offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and skills. The salary for this position will be $82,000-$125,000 per year.
