Make an impact with our National Marketing team as a Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications (Human Capital). This diverse team of professionals drives the growth and success of MNP’s brand. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with MNP leaders to plan and develop strategic and integrated marketing strategies that support MNP’s goals. The primary internal client for this role will be National Human Capital (NHC).

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, Clients and Services, this role is accountable to develop, manage and execute a strategic plan that drives greater awareness and market penetration to maximize the MNP brand and talent management strategies with Human Capital
- Partner with leadership to develop and disseminate marketing and communication materials that advocate for National Human Capital (NHC) strategies, priorities and initiatives
- Demonstrate understanding of HC business goals and devise marketing and communication strategies that resonate with MNP's culture and brand identity
- Design, organize, and implement marketing campaigns for National HC leadership
- Forge and nurture relationships to bolster recruitment communications and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the talent brand
- Lead and collaborate with the internal communications and Marketing teams, particularly the Creative Services team, to achieve strategic objectives for National Human Capital's people strategies and programs
- Develop industry relationships with organizations and their respective marketing departments, and attend industry events, workshops, and conferences
- Oversee HC-related internal communications, including publishing on MNP's intranet
- Craft recruitment strategies that span both traditional and digital marketing channels
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and plans, delivering strategic insights and recommended enhancements that drive continuous improvement
- Manage and curate the strategic HC content calendar, which includes conducting interviews with internal stakeholders, crafting new content, and orchestrating social media posts across various platforms
- Drive strong collaboration to develop and implement new, innovative ideas and approaches that enhance recruitment and elevate talent brand initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of MNP’s business, internal stakeholders, client relationships, and internal customers, while consistently delivering exceptional stakeholder management and be recognized as a trusted marketing advisor
- Build and maintain a proficiency in marketing planning, traditional, online and interactive media, media relations, social media, sponsorships, events, and ongoing relationship marketing
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment marketing and talent brand initiatives
- A degree in communications, marketing, human resources, public relations, or a related field
- Project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment journey, including campus, experienced and job-related opportunities
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a passion for process and structure
- Ability to perform well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- A collaborative approach, ensuring sensitive, tactful, diplomatic, and professional interactions at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to deal with people (of all levels) sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- An understanding of how to build and maintain effective cross-team relationships to drive impact within a growing Firm
- Experience in a professional services or marketing agency setting is an asset
