Candidate Profile:
Discover new business opportunities through field visits, client interactions, and industry networking.
Regularly visit prospective clients to understand their needs and showcase our products and services.
Follow up on leads generated from various sources.
Negotiate and finalize business agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update client databases and reports accurately.
Work closely with the internal team to facilitate smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA in Marketing.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of software products.
Willingness to travel frequently; possessing a two-wheeler license is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
