Are you ready to turn sophisticated market access data into field-ready decisions that expand patient access to life-changing medicines?
As Senior Manager Market Analytics in Boston, you will report to the Senior Director, Insights and lead analytics across payer field teams, channel performance, Organized Customer Group engagement, and trade reporting. Your work will translate claims, payer, and specialty pharmacy data into clear, timely insights that strengthen execution and accelerate impact for patients.
You will be the connective tissue between strategy and action—operationalizing market access plans through standardized, scalable reporting and diagnostics that field teams depend on every week. Do you see patterns in channel and trade data that others miss, and know how to turn them into critical metrics teams can act on at pace?
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and daring world.
We bring diverse experts together—analytics leaders, field strategists, technologists, and trade specialists—to spark bold ideas that turn data into better patient access. You will grow in a supportive, high-ownership environment that blends the agility of biotech with the reach of a global biopharma, working on medicines that matter for people living with sophisticated, often underserved conditions. We value kindness alongside ambition, encourage you to speak up, and equip you with ground breaking tools and collaborative partnerships so your insights shape real-world outcomes.
Ready to create the analytics backbone that moves strategy into the hands of field teams and, ultimately, into patients’ lives? Submit your interest today and help build access that makes a measurable difference.
