This position will Lead China Market Access evidence development and dissemination to meet local access needs and policy changing, help to develop holistic evidence strategy foster GHER/region/local collaboration, and conduct value message/dossier developing/training.
The successful candidate will drive synergies across the assigned BU/BU's and build strong internal and external relationships to achieve market access goals and objectives.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Design team evidence generation and dissemination projects to address the access hurdles for key on market or pipeline products such as billing code, VBP, DRG and reimbursement, execute all these projects as key leaders and collaborate with local PA team members and commercial team.
• Actively communicate and work with local commercial team, GHER/region PA teams and other cross-functional team to gain resource and strong support/help. Work with external customers and deliver Edwards’ positioning with solid data/evidence.
• Help to develop short- and long-term holistic evidence strategy and execute/collaborate related projects.
• Develop value message for key products and value dossier for various types’ customers to support VBP, DRG, billing code and reimbursement. Provide training for all internal colleagues (commercial team, PA team, etc..) to support hospital listing.
What you'll need (Required) :
• Master's Degree or equivalent, 5 years of equivalent experience
• Or Doctor's Degree in a life science, Epidemiology, health economics, or related field; 3 of previous related experience in Medtech, pharma, related Health Economics, or Market Access expertise with demonstrated successful record
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Previous experience in, or strong working knowledge of, medical device industry, especially with functional responsibility in health economics outcomes research and program implementation
• Experience with China market access environment and ability to effectively communicate and incorporate local & global/region business strategy requirements in overall strategic plans
• Communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to internal and external customers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially presentation development Ability to think holistically and strategically
• Exceptional project management skills
