We are seeking an experienced and highly organized project management professional to establish, lead and continuously enhance the Product Day 2 Governance Framework across the organization.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Product Day 2 items, including enhancement requests, regulatory changes, operational improvements, customer experience enhancements, risk remediation actions, system optimizations, audit findings and post-launch product improvements.
The successful candidate will act as the central governance and delivery lead for all Product Day 2 initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, dependency management and execution oversight across multiple business and support functions.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong governance capability, project management expertise, stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive execution across a complex organizational environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Product Day 2 Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Insurance Operations or related disciplines.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent project management and process optimization qualifications.

Product Day 2 Governance Model, Portfolio Management & Delivery Oversight
Own and manage the Product Day 2 Governance Framework and operating model.
Establish governance standards, prioritization methodologies, delivery controls and monitoring mechanisms for Day 2 initiatives.
Maintain the centralized Day 2 portfolio and ensure all initiatives are properly assessed, prioritized and governed. .
Establish and maintain a risk-based prioritization framework balancing customer impact, regulatory requirements, operational risks and business benefits and facilitate prioritization discussions.
Monitor portfolio health, delivery capacity, backlog aging and implementation progress.
Produce portfolio dashboards and executive reports for management review.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of Day 2 initiatives from concept through implementation and closure.
Monitor key project dependencies, risks, issues and resource constraints.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges.
Drive execution discipline and ensure adherence to established governance standards.
Product-related Initiative Delivery & Management
Manage product-related initiatives from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization as assigned by line manager.
Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, critical paths, dependencies and resource requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through structured governance processes, facilitate discussions and decision-making among stakeholders.
Monitor delivery progress and proactively implement mitigation actions to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate with project team and present project status updates in regular meetings among the Product Implementation Committee (PIC).
Ensure all project documentation, approvals and governance requirements are completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
