About the role
You will drive Numa's M&A agenda end-to-end with real autonomy — owning the pipeline, deal execution, due diligence, and post-merger integration from first screening through to close and beyond. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to the CEO and C-Level, where your work shapes company strategy in a tangible way. You operate with broad freedom to define how the M&A function develops, set priorities, and move deals forward — supported by strong executive sponsorship without being micromanaged. You will also bring Numa's AI strategy into the M&A context: assessing targets through the lens of tech and data maturity and modelling AI-enabled synergies.

Numa is entering a phase where selective M&A will materially accelerate the platform – and where AI is becoming central to how that value is created and integrated. You will work with genuine autonomy, with direct visibility to the CEO and C-Level, on deals that will compound across a portfolio growing from 6,000 to 15,000+ keys.
