What’s the role?

Join our Loans Execution team and play a key role in supporting customers and bankers across Victoria and South Australia. This permanent, full-time opportunity can be based anywhere in Australia, with flexibility to work across locations and collaborate with stakeholders nationally.

You'll partner closely with Relationship Directors and deal teams to structure, document and execute complex lending transactions across the Emerging Corporates and Property Finance portfolios. From term sheet preparation and facility documentation negotiations through to successful deal execution, you'll help drive quality customer outcomes while managing financial, non-financial and reputational risk.

Working alongside Credit, Portfolio Management, Product, Legal teams and external banking partners, you'll be at the centre of delivering seamless lending solutions and exceptional service for our customers.

What do I need?

  • Experience structuring and executing complex lending and security transactions within corporate or commercial banking and property finance
  • Strong understanding of bilateral lending facilities, debt products and facility operations. Club lending experience would be viewed favourably
  • Ability to negotiate and manage term sheets, facility agreements and related documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams
  • Sound credit, risk and commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer and business outcomes
