KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calling show cues for the lighting and scenic teams for Raw/ Smackdown/ and other live tv events.

  • Collaborate with with creative, producing, and lighting team to develop new entrance concepts.

  • Serve as the central communication link between all production and creative departments ensuring everyone follows the same show flow.

  • Ensure all show elements are visually aligned, runs smoothly, and is ready for both the live audience and TV.

  • Work alongside production design team to assist in the designs of upcoming shows, including WWE live events and PLEs, NXT live events and PLEs, and any other WWE/TKO live events.

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings from design sketches and concepts using CAD software such as Vectorworks (Spotlight), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Depence.

  • Work with lighting and video programmers to keep and active flow during programming sessions and weekly tv shows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience managing and designing live event productions, with television production experience strongly preferred.

  • Moderate proficiency in CAD-based design programs, with a preference for Vectorworks; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Depence is also desirable

  • Proven experience leading and collaborating with other designers, lighting programmers, and carpenters.

  • Ability to clearly present and communicate design concepts to upper management, guiding projects from initial concept through final execution

  • Passion for WWE, sports entertainment, and live entertainment is preferred.

  • Must be able to work traditional and non-traditional hours.

  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
