The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth and increased member engagement in Marriott Bonvoy through strategic promotions and compelling marketing strategies. Focusing on driving program loyalty and increasing point activity, this role will optimize the digital customer experience and support the enhancement of our promotions’ capabilities, including technology, data, use of machine learning, and adaptation to emerging business needs through creative marketing solutions.
This role reports to the Director, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a background in loyalty marketing, marketing promotions, creative agency management, strategic & analytical thinking, project management and showcase strong collaboration skills, to work with teams across Loyalty and throughout the company.
