WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office hubs.
What you’ll be doing
Ready to lead enterprise growth at the heart of the UK’s fleet and mobility transformation? This is a senior commercial leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, win complex new business and lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment.
You’ll sit within the Lex Autolease Corporate Sales leadership team, owning new‑to‑bank growth across large corporate customers. Working closely with colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group, you’ll set a sector‑led go‑to‑market strategy, identify and convert major opportunities, and ensure disciplined execution across pricing, governance and risk.
You’ll lead and develop a Business Development team, setting the deployment model, coaching performance and maintaining a healthy, high‑quality pipeline. From bid/no‑bid decisions and tender responses to deal structuring and senior stakeholder negotiation, you’ll take accountability for winning sustainable, profitable growth.
Alongside this, you’ll build strong external networks with OEMs, dealer partners and industry bodies, representing Lex Autolease in the market and supporting customers on their journey towards more sustainable mobility solutions.

Significant experience (typically 5+ years) leading enterprise or large‑corporate new business growth in a regulated B2B environment, such as asset finance, leasing, fleet, mobility or financial services
Proven track record of winning complex, high‑value deals, including formal tenders, pricing strategy, deal structuring and senior stakeholder negotiation
Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to build, coach and performance‑manage sales or business development teams
Experience operating in a matrixed organisation, influencing senior stakeholders (Director level and above) without direct authority
Experience working with OEM, dealer or strategic partner ecosystems
Exposure to sustainability, EV transition or fleet transformation strategies
Experience shaping go‑to‑market or sector‑based growth strategies
