In our globally operating team “Learning, Development & Culture”, we are looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager, Learning & Development (m/f/d) who will lead the global Learning and Development strategy for our Technology organization across India, Vietnam, and Europe.
This role will focus on designing and implementing a future-ready learning ecosystem that upskills our engineers and leaders in AI capabilities, agile leadership, and innovation excellence. As the global L&D leader for our Tech hubs, you will act as a strategic advisor to the CTO, CPO, and site leadership teams, driving skills gap analysis, defining growth pathways, and shaping a strong culture of continuous learning.
This role is based in Mohali - Chandigarh, India, with regular virtual collaboration across our Vietnam and European hubs. International travel of 15-20% annually is expected for strategic planning, program launches, and stakeholder engagement.

As our Sr. Manager Learning & Development - Technology, you'll drive transformation across four strategic pillars:
1. Strategic Learning Architecture & AI Readiness
• Build and execute a comprehensive global Tech Learning strategy across our Vietnam, India, and European hubs, with a laser focus on AI capability uplift, engineering excellence, and leadership maturity.
• Identify current and emerging skill gaps, translating business needs into actionable learning priorities that drive measurable business outcomes
• Design structured capability frameworks and role-based learning and onboarding paths for engineers, product managers, data scientists, and technical leaders—linking competencies to clear proficiency levels and reducing time to productive
• Develop and scale an "AI-Ready Workforce" roadmap featuring foundational, applied, and advanced AI learning tracks, leveraging internal subject matter experts, global vendors, and cutting-edge digital learning platforms
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends (AI, ML, DevOps, Cloud, Security) and translate these into future-skills initiatives and strategic workforce readiness plans
2. Leadership Development & Manager Enablement
• Equip our technical leaders and managers to thrive in an AI-augmented, globally distributed environment.
• Build and deliver programs that strengthen coaching capabilities, feedback quality, decision-making agility, and team leadership in complex, matrixed structures
• Enable managers to lead with confidence in the age of AI—balancing human judgment with AI-powered insights and fostering psychological safety for experimentation
3. Data-Driven Measurement & Learning Intelligence
• Establish a robust analytics framework that proves learning ROI and drives continuous improvement.
• Design and operationalize comprehensive metrics, dashboards, and analytics—tracking both leading indicators (engagement, completion) and lagging indicators (skill progression, performance impact, business outcomes)
• Partner with People Analytics, Tech Data, and Engineering teams to integrate learning data seamlessly with HRIS, performance management systems, project allocation, and talent mobility platforms
• Use data storytelling to influence senior leadership decisions and demonstrate the business impact of learning investments
4. Learning Culture & Innovation Ecosystem
• Champion a culture where continuous learning and innovation are embedded into the DNA of how we work.
• Embed "learning nudges" and microlearning moments into daily workflows across all sites, fostering peer-to-peer learning, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing at scale
• Design engaging rituals and experiences—learning sprints, hackathons, lunch & learn sessions, internal demo days, and innovation challenges—that inject continuous experimentation and cross-pollination of ideas across geographies
• Collaborate deeply with Global HR and L&D chapters to co-define learning governance principles, standards, and policies that balance consistency with local flexibility
